Tracker Database Information
What is the Tracker Database
Medals and other material relating to one individuals war service has, for any number of reasons, become separated over the course of time. The Tracker database allows anyone trying to reunite or locate medals or other ephemera to members of the NZEF the ability to list their wants. We hope that we are able to assist in reuniting items.
Confidentiality
We do not publish the contact details for people using the Tracker database.
Request for listings
If you would like to have items listed, please send an email to tracker@nzef-ww1.com. Please try and include an XLS file of your wants, organised into columns that match the database fields. You will be sent an email once your listing(s) have been uploaded.
Enquiring about a listing
If you have information as to the whereabouts of items listed in this database. Please contact us using tracker@nzef-ww1.com . Each listing has a unique Record Number, please include this in your email for easy identification. Initially, all communications between the owner of the listing and yourself will be done via this site. Your contact details will not be passed onto the owner of the listing without your express permission.
Searching the Database
The database can be searched using partial text, so a search for TOM will return all records containing TOM. It is also possible to narrow the search down by choosing the field you wish to search (Default is all fields). This can be achieved by using the drop down box to the right of the search entry field.
